Sales are organized according to the territorial principle, taking into account the size and type of buyer, as well as the geographical location. The sales team is trained using the knowledge, experience and principles of the companies we work with.
Resources
Employees are our most important resource. They are the team that communicates with customers on a daily basis and ensures constant growth and advancement. “Tomato Commerce” employs 63 workers. All employees are oriented towards improving the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
This team is joined by a team of 13 sales promoters who are engaged on other grounds.
The distribution network of “Tomato Commerce” consists of three distribution centers, with a total area of over 2000 m2, which are geographically distributed so that they can provide optimal logistical support. These are the centers in Banja Luka, Sarajevo and Bijeljina.
A fleet of 42 vehicles enables the successful performance of logistics services.
